Wartsila W16V34SG - 12000 hrs Maintenance 🛠️ Recently our team and Wärtsilä team completed the 12000 routine maintenance on Wartsila engine. Scope of Work: Turbocharger ✔ Removal and disassembly of both turbochargers and inspection of parts ✔ Cleaning of turbocharger parts ✔ Bearing kits were replaced for both compressor and turbine end ✔ Oil lip seal and all bolts were replaced ✔ Assembling and installation of turbocharger Lube oil Automatic Backwash Filter ✔ Lube oil replacement and sump cleaning ✔ Lube oil filter candles were replaced 12K Maintenance Activities ✔ Tappet valve clearances were adjusted ✔ Differential pressure measurement over Charge Air Cooler ✔ Checked the function and I/P converter calibration of wastegate and air bypass valve ✔ Inspection of HT water spaces ✔ Contact faces of camshaft and tappet rollers were checked ✔ Exhaust manifold inspection for leaks and loose or broken supports ✔ Safety devices were tested #Wartsila #Overhaul #Engine #EngineRebuild #Maintenance #RoutineOperations #Reliability #TeamWork
